The staff at Hatfields Land Rover Shrewsbury were very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a relaxed environment with no pressure sales. I would certainly be lookimg to use then again for the next car

I would not recommend Hatfields Land Rover Shrewsbury because pre sale was great. I was then contacted a few days later to see how I was liking the car. I replied with a few niggles expecting a response from sales but nothing. Had the car for less than two weeks and done less than 50 miles (excluding journey home after purchase) and car is saying service required yet on their sales promise it states car will not require service for at least 6 months or 6000 miles whichever is sooner.

My experience at Hatfields Land Rover Shrewsbury could have been better because the car had clearly not been inspected and repaired prior to handover. Warning lights, chips in paintwork, forged up headlight clusters... All of which could have been put right prior to handover. Now I have got to get them done through the warranty instead.

The experience at Hatfields Land Rover Shrewsbury was good because Jaime the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions and the handover was exemplary

I'd recommend Hatfields Land Rover Shrewsbury to a friend because of the professional, yet friendly approach, I would happily recommend them to anyone, 1st class service from first contact to final handover.
